Clarity for organizations driving change
Ripple Strategy helps high-impact Canadian businesses and charities close the gap between strategy and execution, so strong ideas translate into meaningful, measurable results.
Our values
At Ripple Strategy, we are our values.
Integrity, inclusion, accountability – these are table stakes. We don’t believe basic human decency or professionalism are distinguishing factors. They’re non-negotiable.

From strategy to implementation, we bring the structure, discipline, and analytical rigour required to move from intent to impact.
The values that guide our work are

-
Build for scale – We believe that Canada must be a global leader in prosperity and social well-being. We embrace both time-tested and radically transformative solutions that serve the greater good and deliver outsized economic value. Where possible, we aim to help great organizations scale so they can deliver universal solutions.
-
Level the playing field – We actively seek out opportunities to amplify the impact of high-value organizations, no matter their scale or maturity. The strategic toolkit available to global leaders should be accessible to small- and medium-sized organizations, start-ups, and charities.
-
Get it right – We produce work that is rigorous, defensible, non-partisan, and grounded in evidence. Our analysis is clear, and our recommendations hold up in practice, not just on paper.
-
Do it now – We have a strong bias toward action. We believe in making lives better and maximizing our clients’ impact now.

Sabrina Bond
Founder & Managing Director
Ripple Strategy was founded on a simple idea:
strategy is only valuable if it changes what actually happens.

After years of working across commercial and social sector organizations, Sabrina saw a consistent pattern: well-intentioned visions that struggled to translate into meaningful, enduring results.

This wasn’t because the thinking was wrong, but because it wasn’t built to withstand contact with the real world.

That observation continues to shape her work.

Sabrina brings over 15 years of experience as a strategy consultant, senior economist, and operational leader. Most recently, she led program management for the research component of a $320M national, multi-disciplinary research and piloting initiative operated through Canada’s largest non-partisan think tank, and she previously led enterprise strategy through the office of the CEO.

Leading Ripple Strategy, Sabrina's work sits at the intersection of policy, business, and society – where strategy is most complex, and where execution matters most. She is equally comfortable building quantitative models and shaping stakeholder value, and is known for designing practical, evidence-based approaches that hold up in real-world conditions. With experience advising on government budgets and program funding decisions at both federal and provincial levels, Sabrina brings a clear understanding of how funding decisions are made, and how organizations can position themselves to secure and deploy capital effectively.

Sabrina works with Canadian leaders to clarify priorities, navigate complexity, and translate strategy into action, particularly in environments where alignment, rigorous evidence, and focused execution are critical to success.
She is an MBA graduate and Bregman Scholar of the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and holds a Master’s of Economics with distinction from York University and a B.A. (Hons.) with distinction from Queen’s University.

About Ripple Strategy
Ripple Strategy exists to close the gap between strategic vision and results.

Too often, strong ideas fail to translate into results— not for lack of insight, but for lack of alignment, clarity, and follow-through.

We were built to challenge that.

Our work is grounded in a simple belief: great strategies should hold up in practice and drive meaningful, measurable outcomes. We bring together analytical rigour, strategic clarity, and practical execution plans to help organizations move from intention to impact.

Our approach is shaped by a consistent standard:
-
be rigorous in analysis
-
be clear about trade-offs
-
design for execution

We work at the intersection of policy, funding, and operations and support organizations as they navigate complexity, secure resources, and deliver on ambitious mandates. We bring clarity to challenging issues and deliver evidence that empowers leaders to act with urgency.

Great business models and social solutions should not be limited by context or access. That ethos underpins everything we do.

We work alongside our clients as trusted advisors, providing a steady hand to help them make better decisions, build stronger organizations, and realize their ambitions.

Our approach
At Ripple Strategy, we focus on two areas where strategy most often breaks down: understanding impact and delivering on it.
Together, this work helps clients secure the capital they need and deliver results that stand up in practice.

Our professional services can be scoped to be accessible to small and medium sized enterprises, so they can focus their resources on what matters most: their impact.
1 Understand impact
We help clients understand and demonstrate their impact so they can make stronger decisions, communicate credible results, and unlock capital.

We thrive in the complex. Our capabilities include:

-
Quantifying organizations’ return on investment and systemic impact through economic impact analysis, cost-benefit evaluation, and causal modelling

-
Designing holistic, interdisciplinary program evaluation frameworks to measure outputs and outcomes

-
Assessing economic impacts of challenging, interdisciplinary issues

2 Deliver on strategy
We work with senior leaders to build strategies that hold up in practice, and to ensure they are actually delivered.

Services we offer include:

-
Designing enterprise and program level strategic plans

-
Advising senior executives and boards on enterprise strategy

-
Planning for enterprise transformation, organizational design, and change management

-
Market development planning for start-ups and expanded service offerings

-
Qualitative market research to inform enterprise strategy and partnerships – method design, key stakeholder interviews, focus groups

Who we work with
We work with organizations who aspire to lead their category. Our clients are businesses and charities whose operations are carried out in Canada.
We have expertise working across a wide range of industries and topics to ensure Canada’s leading organizations have the tools they need to maximize their impact.

We regret that we are not able to advise organizations whose substantive work is primarily religious or political in nature. Our work is objective and must always be non-sectarian and non-partisan.
